We at Woombie have every confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with and truly love our products! In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.
Our Woombie Exchange Policy has been put in place to protect the Health and Wellbeing of our Baby's.
Please note that the following Exchange Policy meets the Australian Consumer Guidelines.
Items for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT must meet the following conditions.
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition with packaging intact. Items that are not returned to us in mint condition, will be returned to you, this also includes any odours such as perfume or pet smell/hair. So please do not send items back that do not meet these conditions as refusal may offend.
- Items may only be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- Clearance and Sale Items are final sale.
- A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
If the item was given as a gift, proof of purchase must be given. - The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date. Items received after this time but less than three weeks, incur handling and restocking fee of 10%. Items received after 3 weeks will be"unopened and "Returned to Sender
- A Return Authority Number (RA#) is marked on the outside of the package - Returns must have an RA# prior to sending the item to us, items received without an RA# will be returned to sender.
Please make sure prior to sending us a claim for an exchange that you have read all the information provided to you on our site, regarding how the Woombie is suppose to fit and information provided for your baby's safety.
Woombie provides itself on the safety of its products. All items have been tested to sizing and use. If used as intended the item is safe.
To request an assessment on faulty items, please send us images of the fault, so processing your replacement can be done quickly.
