Postage and Delivery within Australia

Orders are dispatched with Australia Post and Sendle ATL.

New Zealand orders are dependant on weight and are calculated at check out.

We aim to have orders sent within 24-72 working hours of your payment clearing in "our account".  

We do not compensate for loss of delivery of items by Australia Post unless you have added insurance to your order.  Compensation is at the discretion of Australia Post.
Returned packages incur an $15 fee charged to us by Australia Post this is a standard fee for all returns within Australia, this fee is payable by the purchaser. Fees for resending the package are payable by the purchaser.   We do not take any responsibility for non delivery of packages.

If you receive a card in your post box, it means the postman was unable to get a signature at time of delivery and the parcel is waiting for you at the post office. Please check tracking and the local post office before ringing or emailing us for your item. 

We do offer an Express Delivery Service it is NOT Express Dispatch - all orders are processed and dispatched within the time frame above.

Express Post is not a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery in all areas but is quicker than Regular Delivery.   

Tracking Orders

Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided direct from Australia Post.  Updates are emailed or sent by SMS to you all the way to the final confirmation email of your item being delivered.  You can also track your order via Australia Post website.

 

RETURN TO SENDER

If your item is returned to us due to non collection from post office, supplying incorrect address, or for any other reason. For the item to be resent you will need to pay the return fee of $11.00, plus the cost of resending the item/s.  If you decide to cancel the order, you will be refunded the amount paid less, original postage, return postage fee and a restocking fee of 15%.
